Ok, some things to remember…
The early bird
Over bank holiday weekends and during the school and university vacation periods, availability of flights and accommodation is often limited. Similarly, certain tournaments and festivals have limited space at these times. Bookings are therefore taken on a first come, first served basis.
Know your numbers
It always pays to have a fairly accurate idea of how many people will be in your tour party. Any change in your numbers before or after you have booked may impact on the overall price per person.
Get protection
For tours that do not include a flight, SET Sports Tours has provided a bond to meet the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
Tours organised by SET Sports Tours that include a flight are fully protected under the ATOL (Air Travel Organisers License) granted to the company by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 6079.
Check your paperwork
SET Sports Tours can advise you about visa requirements, but applications and any subsequent paperwork or payments need to be handled by the individual in question.
Get to know your surroundings
All of our frequently used hotels and sporting venues are regularly audited, as are our principle activities. If you require specific information, please contact your tour manager.
A few more things
Where free places are provided for tourists this 'free' status is limited to the services outlined on our tour pages. Any supplements such as breakfast or excursions will be at the usual full price.
