Why visit the Spanish NetFest?
The Spanish Netfest takes a weekend away with the girls to the next level! Forget about windy Brighton or rainy Bournemouth- get yourself to Spain!!
The warm blue Mediterranean sea, a spot of boutique shopping and one of
the liveliest bar, clubbing and dining scenes on the Spanish Costa Dorada
are waiting for you in Salou, along with a competitive
netball tournament!
Set in the Costa Dorada’s premier
resort, Salou, an hour’s drive south of
Barcelona, the tournament is run
over two netball-filled weekends a
year, once in June- catching some
early sunshine and once in October for
those of you looking for a half term
break!!
As well as the time on court, you have plenty
of time to spend basking in the sun, clubbing the
night away or adding to your summer wardrobe!
Sample itinerary…
DAY 1 »
Tour party convenes at UK airport. Check-in for flight to Reus or Barcelona airport.
Transfer to Salou
Check-in to 3 star hotel accommodation or Self-Catering Holiday Apartments.
Spend the afternoon at leisure beside your hotel pool.
During the evening, join other festival participants at a local nightclub and let your hair down.
DAY 2 »
Breakfast served at accommodation.
AM transfer to netball stadium for tournament, Day 1.
Round Robin tournament to run 11am – 4pm
At conclusion of play, board coach and transfer back to hotel.
Prepare for another big night out on the town with the girls.
DAY 3 »
Breakfast served at accommodation.
AM transfer to netball stadium for tournament, Day 2.
Round Robin tournament to run 11am – 4pm
At conclusion of play, board coach and transfer back to hotel.
Presentations will be made in hotel bar, before hitting the nightclubs one last time – Fancy Dress is essential.
DAY 4 »
Breakfast served at accommodation.
Spend the morning relaxing by the pool, at the beach or in the shops.
PM board coach and transfer to the airport.
Check-in for return flight to the UK.
Tour arrangements terminate on your arrival in the UK.

The hotel…
Accommodation will either be in one of our excellent NetFest hotels or self catering Holiday Apartments.
Tourists will be able to enjoy 3 star hotels on a half-board basis. All hotels have air-conditioning or fans and en suite bathrooms, and all are within a few minutes walk from all the necessary amenities.
Our self catering Holiday Apartments sleep 3-4 people and have kitchenettes a lounge and balcony and also are ideally located for access to the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs.
Evenings
Each evening during the festival there will be an organised party in one of the many bars in Salou.
Festival reps will arrange entertainment, whether it be the NetFest karaoke party or the legendary Netfest pub crawl – netball style, no footwork or else!!!
Discounted drink and club entry vouchers will also be available.
